Reigniting a 100 year old record label.
RCA Records, with its 100-year legacy in music, art, and culture, approached us to reinvigorate their brand for a new era. Our mission was to create a boundary-pushing, artist-first identity that celebrates RCA's rich history while positioning it for the next century. By refining the iconic type-forward logo and reimagining the brand as "Records, Culture, Art," we encapsulated RCA's broader cultural influence, from music to visual arts.
We designed a striking, versatile aesthetic with experimental graphics, variable typefaces, and a vibrant color palette, reflecting the eclectic mix of RCA artists. The new website and marketing collateral integrate motion and experiential elements, embodying RCA’s evolution from a traditional record label to a cultural catalyst. This transformation ensures RCA remains a significant force in music and beyond, honoring its past while embracing a dynamic future.
